After my boiler started leaking, I called Mandeep and he made time to come the same day despite having many commitments. Within a week, his team were at work replacing the boiler and restoring peace of mind. Top class customer service and professionalism.

I had a radiator that just started leaking and he was able to replace the heater for me and put in new pipe work to support it in a short time of contacting. Would recommend 👍

I had been having issues with a previous plumber for over a month who fitted my en-suite, either kept cancelling or not turning up. We contacted Mandeep yesterday & he came round this afternoon and he fixed the issue in 15 minutes! Mandeep was friendly & knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend their services.

I called M&S hoping to get them out to fix a leaking boiler and to install a shower, and they came out the same day. The team were fantastic, they got the job done quickly and seamlessly and within an hour I had a working boiler and a working shower again. I highly recommend them.

From the moment I called, Mandeep was courteous, scheduling an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and with all the necessary tools to detect where the leak was coming from. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and he took the time to explain what the issue was and how he planned to fix it.
The part was ordered and the leak was fixed efficiently. Mandeep went the extra mile by checking everything else was in perfect working order and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend M&S Bespoke plumbing to anyone. Thanks again for the excellent service!Owner response

I have used M&S Bespoke Plumbing a couple of times now. Mandeep is extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He explains the root cause of the problem and the best solution to fix it. I would highly recommend Mandeep and will call him again whenever I have any plumbing issues.

With lots of experience and knowledge, Mandeep had an idea for an alternate bathroom layout that made better use of our space. Very tidy work throughout the whole process from 1st fix through to installation. Always prompt to respond to any queries over WhatsApp and happy to share tips and recommendations. Fantastic Service. I drilled through a water pipe, the fix was quickly diagnosed over WhatsApp call and an accurate quote provided upfront. Arrived promptly, fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and even hung the picture I was trying to hang up for me, top man 👍

Mandeep and his team were friendly, efficient and did an absolutely fantastic job in our bathroom, installing a shower above our bath, including a beautiful tiling job. They also fit us in and worked above and beyond to get it finished before we moved in, which was really appreciated. Would certainly recommend M&S plumbing to any friends and family.
